Kitchen Fair will replace any item found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal use and cared for according to instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as overheating, improper cleaning, use of unapproved cleaners, dishwasher use, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in commercial establishments.

In case of accidental damage, a product or piece can be replaced at a discounted price with another product or piece that is equivalent or similar to the product or piece being replaced; the discounted price will be at the current discount percentage of the current retail price, plus shipping charges and tax.  For more information about current retail price call our Customer Service Department.

For product replacement, simply fill out the replacement form and send it with the product and a money order to the address listed below.
